Group Therapy
We understand the need for accessible and affordable psychology services. Group therapy is a cheaper alternative if individual therapy feels too much to start with. It offers a different setting for therapy with specific benefits!

Consistent and Evidence-Based Groups
You attend regularly (usually every 2 weeks) with the same group of group members. The groups are based on evidenced-based programs for each of the different groups. Committing to the full program ensures that all members have a familiar healing setting every session.
Flexible and Affordable
We understand that quality therapy and mental health services should be accessible and affordable which is why we have priced them as low as we have. We also know that members have different needs and so we offer a range of topics for a range of mental health problems. We know busy schedules also require flexible solutions and therefore we offer both in-person and online groups.
Group therapy gives you understanding, structure and steady guidance. You connect with others who share similar challenges. You learn skills that support real change. At Clarity Mind Therapy, each group is held with warmth, professionalism and respect for your identity and lived experiences.

You then opt-in to the group which includes signing an informed consent form to commit to the full course of the sessions. This is usually about 12 sessions.
Payment is made for the month’s sessions upfront at the beginning of each month.

All members adhere to the group norms or rules throughout to protect all members.
